NØCTRIS is a new name that’s popping up on our radar, with coordinates out of Portugal. The young, 20-year-old producer has a plethora of trap tracks on his profile, and with support from Tribal Trap, Bass Nation, and Lowly Palace, NØCTRIS is starting to make some waves. Trap Party has taken notice of the rising talent and scooped up ‘Neema’ to release today.

‘Neema’ begins with a very heavy, eastern vibe, with a digeridoo sounding synth mixing with vocal chants that slowly gain energy as they are backed by a building snare roll. When the drop comes in, you are hit with Persian trap music, as powerful trap drums blast your speakers, and a female vocal chant loops in the background. The second drop introduces some unique pitch-bent wubs that swirl around the beat and add a nice twist on the concept. Overall, ‘Neema’ is a solid take on a unique genre of trap and we can’t wait to see what else NØCTRIS will bring.
