Disclosure’s ‘Latch’ was easily one of the biggest songs of 2013 and though it was nearly remixed to death, enough time has passed for a fresh rework to pique our interest. With that said, production duo Sleepy Boyz just dropped a killer new flip that combines elements of future bass and jersey club, giving it a 2015 flavour. Just in time for Valentine’s day newcomers Sleepy Boyz have dropped off a tasty treat. The rework of Marques Houston’s ‘I Love Her’ is anything but tired. The track combines the catchy vocals from the original with Jersey Club staples like bed squeaks, hard kicks and quick drum patterns. What stands out most is the addition of stunning synths throughout. The track is reminiscent of Hoodboi’s earlier work with a flavour of it’s own.
