]]> Figuring out plans for Halloween can be a nightmare, thankfully if you’re in San Diego, it doesn’t have to be. On October 29th, Monster Bash is set to take over the Gaslamp Quarter and East Village in Downtown San Diego. The event promises a stellar line-up with standout acts such as Meaux Green, Hoodboi, Just Blaze, Vicetone, Will Sparks, Too $hort and more. With over 20 acts and five themed stages, there’s something to please everyone. The Doll House stage brings together broken toys, haunting females and you guessed it, a serious helping of dolls. Wicked Whitelands is like a trip north of the wall; an all white ambiance with icy shadows. Scary Tales is your favourite children’s fairy tale turned inside out, while Dia De Los Muertos brings Day Of The Dead to life. Rounding things out comes the 90’s horror house, a special VIP haunt with Too $hort to take you back to 90’s.

Don’t forget to dress up, as they’re also hosting a costume contest with a $5000 cash prize (better get started on that costume now). Tickets start at $50 but prices will increase as the date approaches. The event runs from six till midnight, but for those looking to extend their fun, there’s an official after-party hosted by non-other than Too $hort.
