Filled with their signature sound but with a mish-mash of influences thrown in for good measure (including trap, Moombahton and progressive house), it’s a real feast for all bass music fans out there.

‘Dibre’, a collaboration with DKVPZ, flexes a familiar vocal sample over beefed up trap beats which gets really good after the second drop. You also get ‘Aceita,’ which is pure and unadulterated Brazilian carnival vibes but ‘Disbroqueia a Tela’ really stands out with its percussion grooves – it is guaranteed to start a party.

A solid offering here from Tropkillaz.

Tropkillaz & Buku have both been killing it this year. So when I saw they connected for a collab titled ‘Follow the Beat’ I was quite excited. The song starts out minimalistic with a steady drum pattern and gradually builds adding instrumentation and vocals samples. The first drop is almost a tease. You expect some wild bass but instead get met…

So when I saw they connected for a collab titled ‘Follow the Beat’ I was quite excited. The song starts out minimalistic with a steady drum pattern and gradually builds adding instrumentation and vocals samples. The first drop is almost a tease. You expect some wild bass but instead get met with a swanky alluring vibe. The (Nate Dogg) vocals may sound familiar as they are taken from Eminem’s smash hit ‘Shake That’. As the song begins to build once again listeners are hit with the sound they’ve been anticipating; a hard hitting drop which perfectly combines elements previously seen in the track with the gritty signature style that Buku has been known for. It’s an odd match that actually works perfectly. Stream below and be sure to cop the free download.
