The most recent fusing of the two genres seems to be hard hitting Rap and Deep House. One producer at the forefront of this is LA native, Destructo, with his G-House movement. His most recent release ‘West Coast EP’ pairs his bass heavy production with some of the best LA artists in the game. From legends like Warren G, Too $hort, and Kurupt to today’s newest stars YG, Ty Dolla $ign, and Problem. The tracklist is hard to ignore and the music exceeds expectations.
