Wolfgang Gartner Caps Off 2018 With Electric ‘Medicine’ EP

2018 has been a resurgent year for Wolfgang Gartner. His collaboration with k?d has amassed over 1 million streams on Spotify alone. His song ‘Ching Ching’ received massive amounts of radio play and is now featured in Microsoft’s racing game Forza Horizon 4. ‘The Upside Down’ with JayKode hit the viral charts in the U.S., and ‘Freak‘ is the definition of an electro-pop masterpiece. All that this calendar year, and he’s ending it in a big way with his brand new Medicine EP.

The EP is 6 tracks long and features 4 instrumentals and two vocal features. Throughout the work, you can hear the classic Wolfgang Gartner complextro sound in tracks such as ‘Deja Vu’ and ‘This Is Your Life’, but they are tied in with some new tricks. Wolfgang’s Medicine EP features everything from dance-floor heaters to radio hits, where he explores genres such as bass house in ‘Make It Clap’, and brings nothing but good vibes in tracks like ‘Good Medicine’. Wolfgang Gartner Displays His Versatility With ‘Freak’

Wolfgang Gartner has made a solid return to dance music in 2018 with the nostalgic track ‘Ching Ching’, the forward-thinking electro heater ‘Banshee’ alongside k?d, and the energetic trap hybrid ‘The Upside Down’ with JayKode. These versatile works have proven that the established artist is constantly pushing sound boundaries to another level, as he has done so often in the past.

Now, the legendary producer is offering up his latest masterpiece to the world. ‘Freak’ blurs the lines between electro and pop while oozing sexuality. Wolfgang’s veteran production chops are on full display as he provides a groovy bassline and killer synths to bounce to.
