We’ve had the opportunity to follow Volo‘s evolution as a producer from the early days of the project, and we love how far he’s come in developing his journey-centered theme throughout his works. The young producer’s music embodies everything that is triumphant in nature, blending intercontinental instruments, ethereal soundscapes and driving synths. His tracks defy genres and constraints, oscillating between orchestral, future bass, house, and trip-hop. By crafting multi-layered music, Volo leaves his fans discovering new sounds and details through every listen. “Creating the landscape and ambience of the song is usually where I start. Then, I’ll keep layering melodies and sounds that fit into that atmosphere. I like this approach to making music because it becomes more about creating a world and story you can live in for a couple minutes,” Volo states when asked about his workflow.
Today, we’re ecstatic to be premiering the first single from his upcoming Force Of Nature EP titled ‘Last Nomad’, which is officially out on August 24th. The track portrays the feeling of a wanderer exploring the world, combining cinematic strings with ethnic instruments and upbeat drums. Staying true to his unique sound, Volo brings listeners on an enchanting journey, leaving one imagining beautiful landscapes with his soothing sounds. Volo’s goal as an artist is to “open people up to the beauty of the world that’s right in front of us,” and he does exactly that with his newest track.
