After re-emerging in late 2018 with ‘Trouble‘ as part of Never Say Die Vol. 6, speculation incited among fans as to when the fan-favourite would make his highly-anticipated return to releases. Today, dubstep fans around the world can put their itch at ease with a brand new single from the Iranian artist.
‘Face Slam’ is the perfect embodiment of what fans grew to love about Soltan, as well as a display into his future vision of the project. A quintessential Middle-Eastern soundscape kicks off the track, before the anonymous dubstep aficionado chimes in his usual percussive elements and signature sound design to set the stage for another Soltan classic. A “let your face slam” sample catapults the track into pure filth highlighted by ear-shattering synths, punchy stabs and futuristic plucks.
