08.25.22. It’s finally here and that means our debut compilation Champions Of The Underground – Vol. 1 has officially arrived. The project showcases the best the underground has to offer while highlighting FUXWITHIT’s signature sound. Stacked from start to finish, the compilation sees Golden Child, Haan808, L*o*J, dope, and sebjin making their return to our label while showcasing a wide range of fresh talents including KUREI, PRYZMS, Dropwizz, Lenny x SL!DE, Galazy x BAGG, Gurf, Borny, Kazantzakis Hontis and Zodiaque. The large majority of the artists have been mainstays on our site for years and it’s an absolute honor to have every artist on board. True to the curation reputation we’ve built for years, the compilation spans a wide array of hip-hop-influenced electronic music from bass to future beats, DnB, and of course trap. We’ve got hard-hitting bangers, gritty heaters, chill vibes, and beautiful bops.

The project opens with Golden Child & Kazantzakis coming together for ‘Elevated.’ The swing, vocals, and synths pull you in while precise percussion and booming bass set the tone for what’s to come. It’s an addictive tune that you’ll have stuck on repeat. PRYZMS takes the energy to the next level with the heart-racing ‘Back2Tha’. The track practically defines what high-octane trap music sounds like in 2022. ‘Quartz’ slow things down with a spell-binding slapper that’s the pinnacle of less is more. OG trap fans are going to lose it for KUREI‘s latest.

Halifax duo dope come through with the aptly titled ‘Hypnotic’ which fuses entrancing vocals with brutish bass and a mean hip-hop swagger. Next up DROPWIZZ takes listeners to the battlefield with the fierce ‘Gulag,’ a bass-heavy heater inspired by your favourite first-person shooter. Take a break from battle and uncover Lenny and SL!DE‘S ‘Oasis,’ an exotic tribal trap smash. Looking for some bounce? You know BAGG and GALAZY have you covered with ‘Repeat.’ Building off this dynamic but with its own distinct flavour comes ‘Big Pizzo’ from Gurf. The track explores his recent future beat sound with a twist of the Partica “Trap2” swagger.

Providing the perfect shift into the more melodic back half of the compilation Haan808‘s ‘Main Phase’ brings the feels with laidback energy that still bumps. Norway’s Borny blesses us with a heavenly future beat banger that’s fittingly titled ‘Skywalker.’ The shimmering synths and uplifting bounce will have you moonwalking in the clouds. The project’s biggest surprise comes from none other than L*o*J. The duo has become renowned for their experimental and heavy approach to bass music. ‘Sunken’ is their softest and most stunning work to date. A beautiful bop that feels like summer love.

As the project nears its close we drift into more cinematic territory. sebjin‘s ‘Rights’ leverages his signature sound providing an immersive futuristic soundscape that’s yours to explore. Hontis & Zodiaque deliver a finale that is nothing short of epic. The slow-burning ‘Extinguish’ opens like a movie score, rich with emotion that deepens with each passing bar. With over two minutes of carefully crafted tension building, the release in the drop is monumental. The track packs a near-spiritual experience while maintaining a sense of ferocity.

Champions Of The Underground – Vol. 1 proves the underground is and always will be the most exciting space in music and art. The future is here. Stream Champions Of The Underground – Vol. 1 and be sure to grab the free download.

The Boost Gang is back with the third installment of their Boost Tape series. We described the first edition as the pinnacle of trap and characterized the second as top tier. To say the bar has been set rather high would be an understatement but I am happy to report that they have once again delivered. The latest edition features another star-studded lineup that includes DJ Ride, GANZ, JWLS, Losco x golden child, Floret Loret, anti., episcool, Jon1st, Rohaan, Luminox, So Sus, HUCCI, and more! With over 20 tracks there’s simply too much heat to dive into detail on every track but we’ve opted to highlight some of our favourites.

anti. is one of the most underrated producers in trap right now and ‘FLEX’ serves as another reminder he’s next up. The track perfectly balances OG trap tendencies with a heavier bass vibe for a certified banger. ‘SAFEWITHME’ jumped out among the first section with the track proving to be one of Farrah most impressive releases to date. The bounce is immaculate, mixing booming low end with futuristic and mean club energy.

Anytime HUCCI drops it’s a treat and ‘Low Charge 6000’ is no exception. When it comes to making moody trap beats, there’s still no one better.

If you’re looking for some DnB the tape also has you covered. Jon1st’s ‘Step Up’ takes iconic rap vocals and creates a menacing off-kilter bruiser. Drawing on a similar dark energy, Rohaan unveils the monster that is ‘Sabertooth.’ This one takes you down dark alleys and into questionable dank basements for a raw rave aesthetic.

FUXWITHIT favourites Losco & golden child team up for the trap banger you’d expect from the two. The track finds that perfect balance between cartooney fun and brutish street sound. Another FUXWITHIT mainstay So Sus amazes with ‘Whale Song’ a track that draws from nature to create an epic sonic journey.

Anytime I explore a compilation I am hoping to find at least one or two new artists that truly wow me. So Durand and WERK checked that box with two of the most impressive offerings on the project. So Durand’s ‘Do2me (feat. Sacha Foster)’ is nothing short of an anthem. The emotive and catchy vocals lock listeners in while drops absolutely bang. Meanwhile, on ‘GEDDIT’ WERK bring a TNGHT-inspired sound that is nothing short of masterful. Warning: you may want to sell your soul to the devil just to ‘GEDDIT.’

TL;DR: Boost Tape 03 is one of the hardest compilations of the year to no one’s surprise. Listen below and grab it on Bandcamp. All proceeds go to MusiCares.

Golden Child has been on a steady ascent over the past few years with releases on Quality Goods Records and Jadū Dala, collaborations with LYNY and Decap, and sets at EDC Orlando and The Untz Festival. Further elevating his status as a producer comes the future beat anthem ‘Jabba’ alongside cvrrent and Dabu. Part banger and part bop, it’s an infectious single that hits hard, finding its rightful home here at FUXWITHIT.

The intro is slow-burning but inviting. Dabu’s vocals serve as the focus pulling listeners in with an evocative charisma. As the first drop hits, he skates over the bangin’ future beat effortlessly. The backing brings just enough knock without overpowering the intoxicating lyrics. The back half builds into an epic climax that puts the production at the forefront. The final drop is near brain-bending while maintaining a powerful groove that’ll have you dancing till the sunrise. Fusing elements of hip-hop and R&B with an energetic electronic approach makes ‘Jabba’ an irresistible affair.

I wanted to try something different and felt like this track had a lot of space to experiment with different ideas. I later decided to ask Dabu if he wanted to hop on and lay some vocals down. We set up some sessions and started recording in person. Cvrrent pulled up and added a lot of the cinematic scoring elements that helped fully bring the vision and vibe of the track together. We were definitely going for a darker vibe with a bit of mystery behind it. We wanted a track that hit hard while still being easy to listen to. Especially with festival seasoning coming, we wanted something that could be heard in that environment as well.

There’s no doubt that Partica is a collective that snatched our hearts ever since they came onto the scene. When everyone said that trap was outdated, the supergroup and record label pushed on, giving a platform to some of the best producers in the underground bass scene. For Halloween, they did something super special and brought together 23 incredible artists for a mega collab called ‘FRANKENSTEIN’ and everyone in the scene should give it a listen.

I imagine it’s super difficult to bring TWENTY-THREE artists together to finish a track. They got Dabow, capshun, So Sus, and episcool, to name a few. Even label heads Gurf and Runnit make an appearance. Just run through the list yourself and see the undeniable talent. Dabow himself shares on Twitter, “partica got us all together to create the biggest collab I’ve been part of. and it bangs super hard. friday.” Partica really did that. And the, “it’s Patricia,” vocal sample towards the end was really playful and fun.

Onto my personal critique—and let’s preface this by me admitting that collaborations rarely do it for me, but I tried to keep my own bias aside and listen to ‘FRANKENSTEIN’ for what it is—and it’s a good track. However, while there are some great trap builds, for a song marketed as ‘trap 2’, its drops and most memorable moments are on the dubstep and experimental bass realm. The song that has some of the best trap producers right now, so that part was a bit disappointing for me. Additionally, for a Halloween track, the spooky factor could have been turned up a notch. The intro was haunting, but once it hit the 30-second mark, I forgot it was a Halloween track until the “Frankenstein” sample came in.

I also get that the real Frankenstein is having so many different producers bring a different part in to create a mammoth of a track, though. And overall, it’s cohesive and a great tune. The artwork is also flames. So listen to the Partica mega collab ‘FRANKENSTEIN’ for yourselves below and let us know your thoughts!

Heating up your Summer vacation, the team over at Partica Artist Group have finally dropped their anticipated HEATWAVE compilation album. Released in two parts called Side A and Side B they’ve gathered only the best of the best within the Partica vision to join forces for this monumental step. Artists such as golden child, Runnit, Scullion and more have each collaborated with their good friends to create some of the most forward-driven electronic music to date.

Ever since the beginning, Partica has been a huge symbol of inspiration and hope for many up-and-comers. Their impressive roster of gems have molded their brand into something purely remarkable and memorable. Helping producers out no matter the skill level. Always putting their love for the community first. And with this brand new chapter, they’ve yet again taken over the underground by storm. As well as honoring their incredible discography of musicians.

The HEATWAVE compilation is the next best step for the future of groovy bass music. Focusing on pure rhythm and sound design, each collaboration has its own distinct features from the highlighted artists. Adding signature textures we’ve all come to notice and adore. From funky arrangements, whimsical sample selection and out-of-this-world sound design, you’ll start to notice who these hard-working souls are as humans as well as creative individuals. Each track is carefully formed and taken care of with passion.

The unpredictability from just the names on here alone sets the bar quite high. But it’s easy to say their efforts and unique work ethics have done themselves and the Partica brand justice. You’ll find yourself bopping your head or moving your feet through every second of this album. Creating a lifelong and positive feeling you’ll cherish forever. Bravo to this incredible community and its artists. We’re excited to hear where they go next. But for now, make sure to go support these icons by streaming The HEATWAVE compilation everywhere via Partica Artist Group.

An unexpected collaboration hovers over the horizon. Something sly and intoxicating with a dash of spice. Yes we’re talking about the brand new single, ‘CHAMILLION’ from Keeth. and Golden Child. These two sound seducers have proven time and time again how their styles create new atmospheres. The way they engineer their music is like no other, resulting in their creations that are fun and enjoyable for everyone.

Keeth.’s impressive swing and impactful drums will have you dancing on clouds. Soaring higher and higher to unknown possibilities. Keeping you in a daze the whole time. The same can easily be said for Golden Child. His percussion expertise will make any track undeniably addicting and smooth. Not to mention his wonky and spaced out sound design to compliment his style. Needless to say, you definitely won’t want to sleep on this work of art.

‘CHAMILLION’ is a beautiful collage of rhythms and sounds. From starting out with a band style intro, to the immediate off-center chorus, they wasted no time in bringing back the funk. Whether you’re driving down the coast or taking a stroll through the woods, this song will make you feel alive and healthy. A huge spark will be activated inside you due to the out of box arrangement within the piece. It’s full of surprises and unexpected twists and turns. A perfect balance between Keeth. and Golden Child’s technique. Each section having its own characteristic and attitude to it. Letting you know what it is and why it’s sounding the way it does.

Witnessing the evolution from these two talents is truly inspirational. Their journeys continue to impress and inspire others as well. To create sounds you wouldn’t even imagine. We’re excited to see where their travels take them next. Make sure to go support by streaming ‘CHAMILLION’ on SoundCloud.

Co-founders Runnit and Gurf have developed a community of passionate listeners and talented young producers over the past few years, and in turn, have become the launching platform of some of the most promising artists in the underground electronic music space. Two of the names at the top of this list are without a doubt Robu and Golden Child. Both Robu and Golden Child are known for their crazy off-kilter trap beats full of interesting percussion elements, booming 808s, and some of the craziest sound design you’ll hear in the genre. These two combine talents in their latest single on Partica, ‘Vendetta.’

We start with the appearance of this ominous lead synth, which seems to be almost sort of call to action. That action is soon revealed after a quick build leading to the drop section of this trap masterpiece. With the focus on the pounding drums and the sudden surfacing of that aggressive lead in the intro, this section immediately injects energy into the track. The remaining sections of the track incorporate different percussion progressions and arrangements to give the feeling of constant evolution throughout the track.

If you’ve been following FUXWITHIT for a while, chances are you’re familiar with KUREI and Golden Child. The two producers have been putting out heaters with a tremendous consistency. Mixing classic trap sounds with hints of experimental bass, both artists know how to push boundaries while retaining that necessary groove. It seemed almost overdue that the two connected for a collab, and now that they have, you know we had to premiere it. ‘Like This’ is the latest release off Partica’s Vol. II compilation.

Despite living on opposite ends of the country, their chemistry was unaffected by the distance. “This turned out being one of my favorite collabs to date, Anthony (Golden Child) and I just flowed so well on this one and the effort was seamless. I had originally sent him a few ideas and the one he ended up working on was this slow minimal trap banger I had in the works. Within like a day he sent it back and the track was sped up like 25 bpm that just gave it this crazy ass bounce, he also resampled tf outta the first initial drop and that really brought out a ton of texture to the project. I opened up the stems he sent back while on FaceTime and went tf in that day, added a few more elements to tie it all together and that shit was basically done,” KUREI tells us.

‘Like This’ is dark, gritty and dripping with swagger. From the mean-mug inducing synths, to the crunchy bass and pristine percussion, this one is a certified slap. Stream it below and grab the free download. Be sure to look out for more bangers off the upcoming Partica compilation.

Future Knock architect DECAP is back with a 3 track EP full of slaps. 123 sees the producer collaborating with a different artist on each song and the results are expectedly awesome. Connecting with FUXWITHIT favourite Golden Child on ‘1NE,’ the two cook up a no-nonsense heater. The “what you wanna do” vocal combined with the snapping percussion and booming bass has this one puffing its chest out, looking for anyone who wants to test it. ‘2WO’ alongside Oh Gosh Leotus slows things down with hauntingly bent vocals. Don’t get it twisted though, this one definitely still brings the knock. Rounding things out is ‘3HREE’ with The Kount. The track hits while retaining a pensive reflective feel that provides the perfect conclusion.

123 yet again proves that DECAP’s talent continues to expand while also shining a light on the three talented collaborators.
